Michał Tarka

Board Member. Lawyer specialising in energy law and issues related to renewable energy sources. Author of analyses on RES development strategies in electricity and transport sectors for the Minister of Energy, advisor and expert to the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology and the Minister of Development for RES. Advisor and expert in legislative processes. Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

 

He cooperated with the biggest legal firms in Poland for many years.

Mr Tarka effectively represented national and international clients in interdisciplinary investment procedures, supervised and coordinated multi-person domestic and foreign project teams.

He has been involved in the RES sector since 2009. In 2016, he was nominated for the Clean Energy Awards as the best legal advisor in the RES sector in Poland.

Co-author of the commentary to the 2020 RES Act for C.H. Beck Publishing House. Speaker at conferences on renewable energy in Poland and abroad.

Marcin Trupkiewicz Marcin Trupkiewicz

Board Member. Lawyer specialising in energy law and the Act on Renewable Energy Sources. Expert at the Legal Committee of the Government Legislation Centre in works on the amendment to the RES Act in 2019 and 2020. Expert at the Ministry of Development. Member of the panel of experts of the Standing Committee on local government finances for amendments to the energy law.

 

He cooperates with the parliamentary Bureau of Research.

Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań as well as PhD student and research scientist at the same university.

Co-author of the commentary to the RES Act for C.H. Beck Publishing House. Speaker at domestic conferences on renewable energy and legal trainer at Capital Training Studio.
