He is a lawyer managing teams in law firms with over 15 years of experience and a public affairs advisor in many strategic energy and fuel projects, as well as in the development of renewable energy sources business in Poland and the European Union. Michal is also the initiator and founder, CEO and Member of the Management Board of the Polish Biomethane Organization.
For many years he was associated a partner with the largest law firms in Poland, where he prepared and implemented low-emission economy concepts for the largest enterprises in energy-intensive industries such as: fuel, food and metallurgy.
Michal has been present in the renewable energy business since 2009. In 2016, he was nominated for the Clean Energy Awards as the best legal advisor to the renewable energy industry in Poland. He won the 1st award in the "law" cateqgory for his contribution to the development of the industry and the promotion of biomethane as a modern RES fuel during the Biogas and Biomethane Congress. His greatest success, however, is the 2nd place in the Energy & Natural Resources category with the team and an individual recommendation in the Rzeczpospolita Law Firm Ranking. The jury of the EMEA Legal 500 ranking also regularly recommends Michal as a legal expert in the energy and fuel industry.
As a frequent speaker at conferences in the field of renewable energy in Poland and abroad, he has numerous business relations in the country and abroad. He is a co-author of the commentary to the RES Act in 2020-2023 for C.H. Beck, as well as an expert of national and international industry organizations operating in the field of fuels and energy from RES.

Marcin has over 10 years of experience in regulatory advisory in the energy sector, in the field of RES and CHP support system, licensing of business activity, connection to the grid. He supports clients in investment and construction processes related to investments in RES installations and grid infrastructure, comprehensively conducts investments and helps manage the regulatory area in energy companies dealing with the production of energy from RES.
Marcin is an expert in agricultural and municipal biogas in sewage treatment plants and landfills. He advises entrepreneurs from the photovoltaic industry on the auction system, due diligence processes and transactions involving photovoltaic farms.
He represents clients before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, other administrative authorities and financial institutions in Poland.
As an expert in the Legal Committee of the Government Legislation Centre, he participated in the work on the amendment to the RES Act and has extensive legislative experience.
